Led by our dedicated volunteers, these Foundation-affiliated Local RLS Support Groups provide the opportunity to connect with others in your local community through either in-person and/or virtual meetings.

Use the search tool below to view active groups by state. Contact the Group Leader for more information. If a support group does not exist in your state, you may join one of the Foundation’s monthly virtual support meetings! (see below)

12/6/2025 Cheshire, CT RLS Support Group In-Person Meeting

The meeting will be at 1pm in the Hartford Health Center, 1st floor conference room, 280 S. Main St., Cheshire, CT. Everyone is welcome, including spouses and others who are supportive.

RLS Foundation Virtual Support Group Program

This Foundation-hosted RLS support program provides an online opportunity for community support, regardless of your location with meetings scheduled weekly. All meetings are free to attend and are easily accessible using your personal device.

Accessible online 24/7, this public forum provides a virtual space for mutual support and an opportunity to find answers and information provided by the RLS community. The Board is monitored by volunteer Discussion Board Moderators who can help connect you with the information you are seeking.
